Join us for a free and engaging "in conversation" event exploring mental health, community engagement and the power of sport featuring expert insights from Atlantic Fellow at the Global Brain Health Institute, Trinity College and former GAA Community & Health manager Colin Regan, Irish international rugby star and Trinity Sport ambassador Linda Djougang, and Jack O’Connell, chairperson of TCD Movember and Captain of Dublin University Harriers & Athletics Club (DUHAC), facilitated by Chuck Rashleigh, chartered counselling psychologist.
